Danielle Yoga Philosophy
Upon discovering yoga, I quickly realized the benefits it had for my body. This led me to become fully immersed in the practice and more aware of my day-to-day actions off the mat. As someone who has experienced the positive impact of yoga firsthand, I feel honoured to share my knowledge with others. Whether you're a new mum, an active toddler, or someone seeking a more dynamic or slower-paced practice, I have something to offer you.

Vinyasa Flow: A Dynamic, fun and engaging Vinyasa Flow class. A great class for creating heat in the body with a more energising flow.
Choose your yoga journey
Slow flow: Experience a slower-paced class that provides you with the opportunity to connect with your body and mind. This practise also allows for increase strength and and exploration of your range of motion.
Yin and Restorative: Join me for an invigorating session of Yin poses designed to loosen up your muscles. Our practice includes long-held positions that allow for deep tissue release. In the second half of the class, you'll experience restorative postures where props are used to enable the body to effortlessly melt into the poses, inducing complete relaxation without exerting muscular energy.
Lunchbreak yoga: 45 minutes of movement and breathwork which will help you increase energy, stretch out those tense areas from work, and prepare you for the rest of the day.

Toddler Yoga: Experience the Joy of Yoga!
Join us for the most enjoyable yoga session you'll ever have! An interactive approach to learning asanas involves active games, songs, and challenges that make it exciting and engaging. By using sensory items, we collaborate and explore balance and coordination. And to top it off, we finish with a warm snuggle – an experience you won't want to miss!
Mum and Baby yoga: Having a baby can be life-changing, with my pre and postnatal training, I can help you navigate the postpartum period and rediscover your body. Our sessions will focus on essential areas such as the core, pelvic floor, and relaxation techniques. But that's not all – your baby can also benefit from sensory items, songs, and massages.

Learn different techniques to create your own meditation practise. Complemented with sessions on Restorative yoga and how to recreate this practise at home. Meditation and yoga have been proven to decrease stress and manage anxiety. Both these session will teach you the tools of how to create a personal practise.
