Yoga has been proven to decrease stress, aide sleep, increase mood, increase flexibility and range of motion. We all need balance in our lives, come and find some time for yourself in my classes. I am a fun, inclusive yoga instructor who offers a range of styles including Vinyasa flow, Slow flow, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, beginners courses, Toddler yoga and mum and baby classes.

Wednesday

10:45 - 11:45 Gentle Yoga

Move your body gently. We ease into the yoga poses allowing our body to move slowly and fluidly ​there is no pushing the body to its limits here. There are lots of variations given so that your ​unique body can join in to your desired level. We explore ways to calm and relax throughout and ​put this into practise in resting poses at the end. Perfect if you want to move gently and feel calm ​and relaxed.



6-7pm Evening Flow

This fun, lively energising flow has a different theme each week where we explore the shapes ​our body can make with different intentions. I am always keen to explore different elements ​of the ‘yogic tool kit’ on how to relax whilst stretching the body and mind. All ages and ​abilities welcome come - stretch out, build strength, tone the body and explore your range of ​motion.

7:15 pm Yin and Restorative Yoga

A beautiful mix of meditation and movement. In this session we explore different mediation techniques at the same time as long held, mainly seated stretches. Yang activities such as busy work lives, surfing, walking and generally feeling overwhelmed can be balanced out by this practise. We stretch the deep muscle tissue for 3-5 mins and we stretch the mind through meditation and mindfulness. We end on deeply relaxing restorative poses to allow in maximum relaxation. Come to invite in balance to your practise.

9:30 - 10:15 Toddler yoga

As a mum of a toddler myself I know what a whirlwind of emotions they can be (I think they’re ​actually enlightened beings and say and act exactly as they feel! All bow to the toddlers! But maybe ​not whilst food shopping!) In this session we channel that creative, active energy in this session ​through learning yoga poses - think down dog, handstand and more! We build on key skills such as ​balance, awareness of the body and how it can move through individual and, yep you heard it, ​collaborative activities! Toddlers come as they are - my little one was always on the quieter side but ​absolutely loved these sessions.

She balances the energy levels in the ​room so there’s space for them to express themselves whilst teaching yoga dn breath work to ​soothe. 10:30 - 11:30 Mum and Baby yoga

It was so important for me to start this session up. I had a tricky birth and this continued for my ​postnatal period. This session allowed me to tune into my recovery with a compassionate ​dialogue. I built strength in my body and pelvic floor whilst learning how to relax and calm the ​nervous system whilst baby was right there beside me. I had fun singing songs to baby and ​leanring some baby massage and reflex moves that aided his development. There were times when ​I would feed for the majority of it, there were times when I would flow through some yoga ​throughout it all I was reminded to connect to my breath to bring me into what was occuring right ​now in the present moment. This is a class for you if you want a warm, compassionate place where ​baby can be noisy, sleepy hungry, enertained and you can re discover this new amazing body ​whilst also calming the mind.
